Mission Statement:
The mission of TLC's Institute of Nursing Education is to operate, develop and facilitate effective and efficient programs and services directed toward integrating, involving and validating students to enable and empower them to be successful in their pursuit of self-improvement, self-actualization and intellectual development. Working in collaboration with Academic Affairs and Seven other nursing education institutes, services and programs are provided to support and assist students in achieving their academic, career and personal goals.
Vision Statement:
The vision of TLC's Institute of Nursing education is to provide a leadership role in the creation of a student-centered environment, which will lead into the development of an institutional culture and climate aimed at improving student success.We firmly believe that keeping students as the main priority within the institution will result in
“creating success, one student at a time.”
Value Statement:
The Values of TLC's Institute of Nursing Education is congruent with that of our affiliate institutions which seeks to provide a honest and integrity based learning environment practicing courtesy, care and compassion in which all students may grow and develop to their fullest potential and become contributing members of the nursing profession, their community and our society. A focal point of our program and services is to create a student-centered environment while promoting a sense of community among students, faculty and administration.
